Moringa Guacamole recipe


 1-3 avocados

2-3 table spoons of lemon juice

1-2 table teaspoons moringa power

 1table spoon of chili pepper

2-3 pieces of garlic

Onion (red or minced)


Salt (for taste)


  1. Cut the ripe avocado, remove the peel and mash the avocado in a bowl.
  2. Chop the onion, tomatoes and garlic, add to the avocado, and mix.

3.Add 2-3 tablespoons of lemon juice, add salt and pepper.

  1. Add 2-3 teaspoons of moringa powder and mix up everything.

Ready to eat.

 Use as a dip for chips, a replacement for cream cheese on crackers.

 Spread on your bread, scribbled eggs or any desired dish combination.
