- Boil a cup of water
- Pour the boiling water over ginger roots to steep
- Leave in water for at least 5 minutes
- Strain the liquid from the ginger and pour into a teacup
Adding ice cubes will create a cold ginger tea.
Super warm with fresh lemon and honey.
Works well as a first pick up in the morning but also good after meals.
