Ingredients
100grams of dried sliced banana.

¼ splash of vanilla extract
¼ cup of coconut oil, melted
1 and 3/4 cup of flour
1/3 cup of brown sugar
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 cup chocolate chips
Preparations
Grind the sliced dry banana to the coarse preferred.
Mix bananas, vanilla, and melted coconut oil together in a bowl and stir well.
Add flour, sugar, baking powder, chocolate chips, and baking soda to the bowl and mix to combine.
Pour into a parchment paper-lined loaf pan and bake at 350 F for 60 minutes or until browned and cracked on top.
Remove the bread from the oven, slice it as preferred and let it cool before served.
