Ingredients
Fresh, mature avocado leaves (ensure they are organic or free from pesticides)
Instructions
- Harvest & Clean.
Select healthy, mature leaves. Rinse thoroughly under clean water to remove dirt. - Dry.
Pat leaves dry with a towel. - Air Dry Method.
Spread leaves in a single layer on a drying rack or paper towel. Place in a warm, dry area with good airflow, away from direct sunlight for 1–2 weeks until crispy. - Oven Method (Faster).
Place leaves on a baking sheet at the lowest setting (lowest temperature) for 1–2 hours. - Store.
Store dried leaves in an airtight container in a cool, dark place to maintain freshness.
