Prep Hibiscus Lemonade:
Boil 7 cups of water to 80°C (176°F).
Pour in 10g of Akshit Hibiscus Tea (available for purchase)or 2-3 tea bags and steep for 10 minutes. ⏳
Add 3/4 cup honey and 3/4 cup lemon juice
Add honey to taste.
Make Butterfly Pea Flower Tea🌼
In a small jug mix 1 tbsp of Akshit Butterfly Pea Flower (available for purchase) and 1 cup of hot water.Steep for a few minutes.
Grape Eyeballs:
Halve 4 grapes and scoop out some flesh. Put a small blueberry inside each half and secure with a toothpick.
Mix and serve:
Fill tall glasses with ice , add hibiscus lemonade to 3/4 full, and top off with butterfly pea flower tea, watching it turn a beautiful shade of blue to purple.
