Ingredients
- Jack fruit carpels 3 for pulp and 9 for the topping
- 1/2 a cup of dried jackfruit flour
- Whole Wheat Flour 1 cup
- Grated Coconut 1/2 cup
- Jaggery syrup 1 cup
- Grated jaggery 1/4 cup
- Baking Powder 1 Tsp
- Baking soda 1/4 tsp
- Vanilla essence 1 tsp
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Coconut Milk 1 Cup
- Oil 1/2 cup
Instructions

Tear open three packs of dried jackfruit snacks. Â

Grease the baking tin with little oil.

Place a parchment paper on it.

Grease the parchment paper too with oil.

Spread the grated jaggery on it.

Now place the pieces of jack fruit on the jaggery crumbs. Keep it aside.

Sieve the whole wheat flour, dried jack fruit flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt twice so that everything is thoroughly mixed.

Now make a pulp of the jack fruit carpels with 1/4 cup of coconut milk.

Next mix together this pulp, the remaining coconut milk, oil, jaggery syrup and vanilla essence and whisk together.

Add the grated coconut to this mixture. And mix.

Next slowly add the dry ingredients in small portions to the wet mixture and fold gently, until everything is mixed.

Preheat the oven to 180 degree centigrade.

Pour the batter into the already prepared cake tin.

Bake for 45-50 minutes.

Let it cool for at least 45-60 minutes.

Now flip the tin on a flat plate carefully.

Remove the parchment paper and enjoy your delicious and flavorsome cake bites.
