Ingredients:
- 1 cup Greek yogurt (or dairy-free alternative)
- 1/2 cup strong butterfly pea flower tea (cooled) (available for purchase)
- 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 1/2 cup granola
- 1/2 cup fresh berries (blueberries, raspberries, strawberries)
- Edible flowers or mint leaves for garnish
- Fresh lemon juice (optional — for color-changing effect)
Instructions:
1. Make the Butterfly Pea Chia Layer
