Blue rice is a unique and visually striking dish that is easy to make using butterfly pea tea bags. Here's a simple recipe to create blue rice:



  1. Rinse the rice in a fine-mesh strainer until the water runs clear.
  2. In a medium pot, add the rice, water, and butterfly pea tea bags. Bring to a boil over high heat.
  3. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 18-20 minutes, or until the rice is tender and the water has been absorbed.
